Multi-Chem is a leading drilling service specialist and a major distributor of speciality chemicals and materials to PCB (Printed Circuit Board) manufacturers in China. Listed on the Singapore Exchange in January 2000, the company has operations spanning South East Asia and China, and is currently one of the largest PCB manufacturing providers in the region.

When Multi-Chem encountered a slew of viruses that nearly brought down its IT systems, the company decided that it was time to explore new ways to protect its network. With the continuing expansion of its manufacturing operations, it needed a robust IT security infrastructure to forestall any security incident that could potentially encumber its regional facilities.
